“We had a wonderful day with our guide Pablo visiting the Salinas and Purmamarca. Both places are memorable, Purmamarca in particular is something unique that all pictures I saw before could not fully describe, yet the journey itself is probably the greatest part. Pablo explained us a lot in a funny way and helped us taking the best pictures. I definitely recommend this tour.”

“Amazing scenery awaits on this tour! It reminded me of the US’ western states, but grander and more colorful. Opportunities for purchasing locally made handicrafts along the way as well. Angie was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English, and provided historical and geological insight along the way. Tasting local wine was fun, although the tour was in Spanish (until we realized that the owner spoke great English). Cafayete was a very quaint and cute town. Don’t miss this tour!”

“Overall, we enjoyed this trip and loved the varied and stunning landscape on offer. After the first comfort stop, the landscape was amazing. Starting very tropical and gradually becoming more barren, and so many colours of rock on display. The landscape of the national park once again changed the scenery, offering thousands of cactus for miles. Our tour guide, Arthur, had great knowledge and a wicked sense of humour. He certainly made the long hours in the bus a lot more fun. Not entirely sure why Cachi is the highlight of this trip - yes it was nice to stop for lunch, but for us, the highlights were the other…”

“it’s was a good experience. Salinas Grandes and Pumamarca really worth a visit. The tour runs without any issues. The time that we spent in Salinas was quite good, enough to know the place and take fun pics. But the experience in Purmamarca definitely was a down point. The plan was stay there for 2h and the practice was 1h30, that wasn’t enough to eat and get around the city (that is small). In addition, the guide strongly recommended us a restaurant (Peña Marito) which has a very slow service and lack of options. We ordered a portion of baked potato with cheese that spent almost 40min to be delivered.…”

He had me sit up front so he could provide the commentary to me easily after he spoke to the others in Spanish. The scenery is spectacular and the stops and photo ops along the way were good.”
