Arrive independently at Tango Porteño near the Obelisk for a traditional-to-modern Argentine tango production. The show features 11 musicians, six professional dance couples, two singers, colorful costumes, and gaucho-style malambo. Show-only tickets cost $41, but seating can be high or partly blocked, so arrive early.

“We booked the Tango Porteño show on the same day and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was fast and clear, and the instructions about the process were very helpful. Entry and ticket check were easy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the seating. We were in the first row right after the dinner section, with a great view of the stage. The show itself was spectacular. It showcased not only tango, but broader elements of Argentine culture. The live band was fantastic, and the malambo performance highlighting Gaucho tradition was especially impressive. We really enjoyed the show and the overall atmosphere.”

3.Rojo Tango Show: Skip the Line Ticket including Private Transfer

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 40 reviews · 3 hours (approx.) · from $260

Spend about three hours at Rojo Tango in Buenos Aires, including a private hotel transfer and a 1.5-hour cabaret-style show at the Faena Hotel. Expect live musicians, dancers, singers, champagne, and Terrazas Reservas wine. Dinner is optional, but guaranteed first-row seating includes dinner.

“We waited at the hotel as it was agreed and were never picked up. After taking a taxi to the venue, they couldn't find our reservation. When we were finally seated, we had to choose between enjoying the food or the show. Everything was rushed. The dancers were very good, but we couldn't see well from our table. We were taken back to the hotel, which was the least that they could do. It was definitly not worth the money.”
